CEMVIN
We produce technical fibre-cement boards of the highest quality

OUR CORPORATE VALUES
We are the only traditional and purely Czech manufacturer of fibre-cement boards. And we are rightly proud to offer the market an unmistakable product of the highest quality, with unique features and a wide range of uses.
Technical characteristics of cemvin plates
Fire Response Class A1 - The products are not only non-flammable, they also protect buildings and structures from the spread of fire.
Acoustic efficiency - Due to the volume weight achieved, the plates contribute to an increase in soundproofing.
Heat accumulation - The above-standard heat storage capacity due to the thickness of the material gives an advantage when installing the slab as a covering layer of underfloor heating.
Water resistance - they withstand both water and moisture for a long time, do not swell, and when washed out, their replacement is not required.
Frost resistance - Plates are completely resistant to frost, as well as low temperatures.
Resistance to electric arc - CEMVIN cement-fibre boards meet the requirements of ČSN 332000-5-52 ed. 2. They are therefore suitable for storing both high and low voltage cables.
Hygienic safety - No hazardous substances are released from the material of the boards, therefore the boards are suitable for both residential and commercial premises.
Weather resistance - CEMVIN plates can also be used outdoors, they withstand not only water and frost, but also other weather influences.
High mechanical resistance - Technical cement-fibre boards are highly resistant to tensile and bending loads even in lower thicknesses. Thus, they contribute to reducing the weight of structures without reducing strength.
Resistance to biotic agents - The material of the boards naturally resists mold, pests and other biotic agents, in addition, the surface of the boards can be treated with anti-fungal and impregnating paint Bausto GSCHRW.
Versatile finish - Technical cement-fiber boards are ready for subsequent surface treatment.
HIGHEST POSSIBLE QUALITY AND INNOVATION
The quality of our products is our first priority: our products are subject to strict internal controls as well as international standards, and we are constantly working to optimise our processes and find new uses for fibre-cement boards.

Properties
Reaction to fire class A1
The products are not only non-combustible, they also protect buildings and structures against the spread of fire.
Water resistance
The boards are long-term water and damp resistant, do not swell, and do not need to be replaced after flooding.
Frost resistance
These boards are completely resistant to frost and low temperatures.
Acoustic effectiveness
Due to their bulk density, these boards help improve sound insulation.
Thermal storage
The superior thermal storage capacity (thanks to the thickness of the material) represents an advantage when installing the board as a cover layer for underfloor heating.
Hygiene safety
No hazardous substances are released from the material of the boards, making these boards suitable for residential and commercial premises.
Universal surface
Technical fibre-cement boards are ready for subsequent surface treatments.
High mechanical resistance
Technical fibre-cement boards are highly resistant to tensile and bending loads even at lower thicknesses. As a result, they contribute to reducing the weight of structures without compromising strength.
Electric arc resistance
CEMVIN fibre-cement boards meet the requirements of ČSN 332000-5-52 ed. 2. They are therefore suitable for both high and low voltage cables.
Weather resistance
CEMVIN boards can also be used outdoors: they are resistant to not only water and frost, but also other weather conditions.
Resistance to biotic agents
The material of the boards naturally resists mould, pests, and other biotic agents, and the surface of the boards can also be treated with Bausto GSCHRW anti-mould and impregnation coating.
PRODUCTION
At CEMVIN we are building on more than a century of production, which we are advancing through constant development. In addition, we are further expanding our production capacity so we can seamlessly deliver to a growing number of large projects. CEMVIN fibre-cement boards achieve their excellent properties due to their unique technology and composition – they are made of a mixture of cement, limestone, pulp and PVA fibre in precise proportions.
